ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 34

Multimember electorates

    (1)     The ACT shall be divided into 3 separate electorates.

    (2)     Seven members of the Legislative Assembly shall be elected from 1 electorate.

    (3)     Five members of the Legislative Assembly shall be elected from each of the other 2 electorates.
