Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsIn this Act:
"extract" from a roll means the part of the roll that contains, for each elector enrolled at the time the extract is prepared—
(a) the elector's surname or family name; and
(b) each given name of the elector; and
(c) the elector's address, unless the elector is—
(i) an elector whose address is suppressed; or
(ii) an eligible overseas elector; or
(iii) an Antarctic elector; or
(iv) an elector who is enrolled because of the elector's enrolment on the Commonwealth roll as an itinerant elector.
Note A roll extract in electronic form is a disk, tape or other device from which the information in the extract may be reproduced by mechanical, electronic or other means (see dict, def of electronic form ).
