Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For this part, the commissioner may, by written notice given to an applicant for registration of a political party, require the applicant to give to the commissioner within a stated period stated information, or a stated document, relating to the application.

(2) If the applicant fails to comply with a notice under subsection (1), the commissioner may refuse the application.
(3) If the commissioner refuses the application under subsection (2), the commissioner must give the applicant a internal review notice about the commissioner's decision.
